Service Description

Join me for a group guided forest therapy walk that will engage your senses and awaken your connection with the natural world. This service is available for up to ten participants. Forest therapy supports every aspect of our well-being. There are many wonderful health benefits attributed to forest therapy including boosted immune function, improved cardiovascular and respiratory health, attention restoration and a reduction in stress and depression. During our walk we will be invited to explore, play and pay attention to the natural world around us engaging in all of our senses. All invitations are optional. The walk will start with introductions and a guided progressive muscle relaxation. We will tense our bodies and then release the hold allowing us to settle into the environment. We will then be invited for 5-10 minutes to take time to wander off and engage each sense spending time paying attention to what we hear, see, and touch. After each invitation we will gather in circle for optional sharing. After our last share, we will end our time together with a traditional tea ceremony.

Cancellation Policy

Please reschedule or cancel your session no later then 24 hours before your scheduled start time. If the participant is canceling due to illness, please cancel not later then 2 hours prior to the session start time and the session fee will be reimbursed.
