Service Description

Take time for yourself while you experiences the many health benefits of outdoor exploration. Please pack a water bottle and a snack if needed. I will have sunscreen and bug spray on hand. I will point out various plants and trees along the way and describe some of the beautiful ways nature works together to thrive. I will also share how nature has amazing healing properties to help us heal and to improve our happiness. We will spend time engaging in our senses, pausing to notice smells, sights, sounds and different textures.

Cancelation Policy

Please reschedule or cancel your session no later then 24 hours before your scheduled start time. If the participant is canceling due to illness, please cancel not later then 2 hours prior to the session start time and the session fee will be reimbursed.
